If any devices in your Mazda 2 have suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the relevant fuses, the diagrams for which are shown in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the small panel in the lower left area. The second fuse box is positioned in the engine bay, protected by the black plastic cover near the battery. If a fuse is blown, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications and work with the vehicle turned off to avoid causing damage.
