If any devices in your Mazda 2 have suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the relevant fuses, the diagrams for which are shown in this video. The first box is inside the cabin, specifically behind the left side panel of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second box is located in the engine compartment, protected by the black plastic cover right next to the battery. If any fuses are blown, ensure you use replacements with the same amperage and always work with the vehicle turned off.
