How to Remove the Outside Temperature Sensor on a Mazda 3

In this guide, remove the outside temperature sensor on a Mazda 3. Lift the car on a column lift and remove the wheel. To access the temperature sensor, you must remove the lower engine cover. Unscrew the fasteners with a socket spanner, then remove the plastic undertray located beneath the bumper. Now disconnect the power connector from the temperature sensor valve, remove it, and fit a new one. Refit the engine cover panel under the car with all the associated fasteners. Test the correct operation of the valve by starting the car.
