How to Replace the Worn Battery in a Mercedes C-Class Key Fob

Follow these steps to replace the battery in a Mercedes C-Class key fob. Take your key fob and slide the button to release the metal key. Once the key is out, use it to pry open the cover until it detaches from the fob. Use a screwdriver to remove the worn battery from the housing, then take a new battery of the same size and voltage. Reinstall the battery in the key fob cover, and finally, insert the metal key back into the cover. Check that the key fob is functioning correctly.
