If the glow plugs in the Mercedes C-Class suddenly stop working but appear to be intact, check the status of the corresponding relay, which is shown in this video. As demonstrated, the relay is not located in the typical engine compartment fuse box but underneath the engine, right next to the starter motor.

To replace it, first disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, then lift the vehicle, locate the relay, and remove the fastening bolts using a Torx T30 wrench. Finally, install the replacement part and reassemble everything.
