How to reset the automatic gearbox of the Mercedes C-Class W203

In today's article we will explain how to reset the automatic transmission of the Mercedes C Class W203 in case it gets stuck. No tools are needed for this operation. To reset the transmission, first turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine, then press the accelerator pedal all the way down, hold it for 15 seconds, at the end of the 15 seconds, while still holding the pedal down, turn off the instrument panel, then release the pedal, wait 2 minutes and start the engine. Now the procedure will be complete and the transmission will have been reset and unlocked. This procedure is useful when the transmission gets stuck due to an electronic issue.
