How to reset the service indicator on a Mercedes Sprinter

Model: Mercedes Sprinter MK 2, W906 - Years 2006-2018

In this video tutorial, the procedure for resetting the service light in a Mercedes Sprinter vehicle is shown. Get into the car and insert the key into the appropriate slot, turn it to the ON position to turn on the instrument panel without starting the vehicle. Use the buttons on the steering wheel to navigate through the menu options; select the service option and press the up/down arrows to navigate and select the service A/B option; hold down the ok button and then simultaneously press the "phone" button for about five seconds. Select the engine oil reset option and press ok, confirm the reset request and wait a few seconds until the message "reset done" appears. Turn off and on the instrument panel to verify.
