Here’s how to change the position light bulb on a Mercedes A-Class W169: the bulb is the small one at the bottom of the headlight (under the high beam). Open the hood: on the left side, you will find the windshield washer reservoir, but it doesn't take up much space. Remove the rubber cover that protects the back of the headlight and pull out the burnt-out bulb by extracting the socket from its housing. The original bulb is a 5W; insert it into the socket by pressing it lightly (without touching the glass bulb) until you feel it secure. Before closing everything up, check that it works. Replace the rubber cover, and the job is done.
