How to Remove the Turbocharger on a Mercedes Viano

Learn how to remove and replace the turbocharger on a Mercedes Viano. Open the bonnet, lift it, and secure it; remove the soundproofing panel from the engine bay (if present), undo the turbocharger securing bolts in the engine bay using a socket spanner, remove the valve from the engine seat, and disconnect the various feed connectors using a screwdriver or needle-nose pliers. After comparing the damaged valve with the new one, fit it onto the engine block in the bay, tighten it securely with the bolts, and reconnect the connectors (reconnect the various hoses). Test the correct operation of the vehicle.
