If any devices in your Mercedes CLA suddenly stop working, first check the status of the corresponding fuses, which are shown in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. The second fuse box is located in the engine compartment, protected by the black plastic cover behind the left headlamp. To replace a blown fuse, simply pull it out with the appropriate pliers and insert a replacement, of course with the vehicle off and using a replacement of the same amperage.
