If a device in your Mercedes CLA suddenly stops working, first check the status of the related fuses, which are shown in this video. As shown, the first main box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. The second box is located in the engine compartment, protected by the black cover near the battery. In case of a blown fuse, make sure to use a replacement with equivalent characteristics and work with the vehicle turned off.
