How to Reset the Service Light on a 2008 Mercedes Vito

This article explains how to reset the maintenance light on a 2008 Mercedes Vito if the reset is not performed by the workshop during the service. First, turn the ignition to position 2. After starting the ignition, press and hold the 0 button on the dashboard for about 30 seconds until you hear a beep. At this point, release the button and press the menu button on the left side of the steering wheel as shown in the video tutorial. Now use the arrow buttons to navigate to the service option, then press the 0 button to confirm. Select the full service option using the - or + buttons to navigate and press the 0 button to confirm. Then select the type of engine oil used and confirm the reset by holding the 0 button for 3 seconds. The procedure will now be complete, so restart the ignition to check that it has been done correctly.
