To replace the cabin air filter in a Mercedes Citan, you need to turn off the engine and access the lower area of the dashboard on the passenger side. The pollen filter is located in the climate control unit, behind the covers in the glove compartment area.

After removing any panels that obstruct access, locate the filter cover and unclip the relevant fastenings. Then, carefully remove the old filter, paying attention to its position.

Before inserting the replacement, clean the housing of dust and debris. Install the new filter, ensuring the airflow direction indicated on the component is respected, and reattach all covers.

Finally, turn on the ventilation to check its proper functioning.
