Removing the Rear Light on Mercedes E-Class

Is the rear light on your Mercedes damaged? Let's see how to remove it from inside the trunk. Open the trunk lid. Locate the inspection cover for the screws (located at the back of the trunk lining) and remove it with a screwdriver. Use a socket wrench to remove the retaining nuts of the rear light. Disconnect the light, pull out the bulb holder from the light, and disconnect the electrical connector. Install the new bulb if damaged. Position the new rear light onto the body and tighten the retaining screws. Reinstall the plastic cover of the trunk.
