How to Remove the Fuel Pump from a Mercedes M-Class

Before you begin, disconnect the battery of your Mercedes M-Class to work safely. Start by lifting the lower section of the front passenger seat to access the outer cover of the fuel pump. Proceed to unclip and remove this cover. Next, disconnect the electrical connector that powers the fuel pump. At this point, unscrew and remove the ring that secures the fuel pump, then remove the inner cover. Once you have completed this step, you will have access to the fuel pump, which you can then remove, successfully completing the disassembly.
