Replacing the fuel pump on a Mercedes ML involves removing the fuel tank; it is necessary to raise the vehicle and proceed with the removal of the fuel tank. This type of vehicle has two fuel pumps; once you identify the faulty one, you can proceed with disassembly by disconnecting the electrical connector and the fuel line.

Now unscrew the pump collar to remove it from the tank, replacing it with the new original one; make the various connections and finally reassemble the tank onto the vehicle!
