Removing the external handle on a Mercedes Vito door consists of a very quick and, moreover, very simple operation. After opening the door of interest, remove the round black screw cover with a plastic lever or a flat screwdriver. Unscrew the torx T20 at this accessible point and, in the meantime, keep the handle pulled with the other hand. At this point the lock mechanism will pop out of the door and you can disconnect the connector. Pull the handle that will easily come out of its seat and obviously proceed backwards for reassembly.
