How to Remove the Radiator Fan from a Mercedes E-Class

Before you can start, open the hood of your Mercedes E-Class. First, unscrew and remove the bolts securing the radiator fan to the radiator. Then, disconnect the electrical connector that powers the radiator fan. After that, unclip and move the various cables and hoses at the rear. This will free the radiator fan. At this point, pull the radiator fan out of its housing, and you will have completed the disassembly.
