Before starting, sit in the driver's seat of your Mercedes E-Class. Begin by prying off and removing the shift lever trim. Next, detach and lift the panel where all the center console buttons are located, then disconnect the various electrical connectors. Once you complete this step, you can fully remove the center console light panel from your Mercedes E-Class, completing the disassembly. To install the new panel, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
