Replace Mercedes C-Class Shift Knob

Want to remove the shift knob from your Mercedes C-Class? Let's go through the removal of the damaged part and the installation of the new one. Use a plastic trim tool to disconnect the leather boot frame. Grab the shift knob and rotate it left and right until you can remove it from the shift lever. Take the new knob and slide it onto the lever on the center console, securing it onto the lever. Reattach the boot to the center console after installing the frame. Test the movement of the shift lever on the center console. Install a knob of the same type and size.
