Replacing the shock absorber on this vehicle is very straightforward as the damper is not integrated into the spring but installed alongside it: therefore, it is not necessary to disassemble the entire system and compress the spring with the appropriate clamps.

Once you have lifted the vehicle and removed the front wheel, simply remove the lower retaining bolt and the upper nut/locknut (accessing the engine bay), slide off the washer and rubber bush, and proceed in reverse for the installation of the new damper (which is easily available in the aftermarket).

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
