Painting Front Bumper

Nowadays, automotive body parts, whether made of stamped metal or ABS plastic, are generally supplied unpainted. In this case, we are talking about a front bumper made of ABS plastic. For this type of material, it is advisable to apply a coat of adhesion primer before proceeding with the actual painting. Next, clean the surface to be painted with solvent and dust it off with a lint-free cloth. Once the paint is prepared, apply it in thin layers, avoiding staying too long on one spot to prevent paint runs. Continue applying the paint until you achieve an adequate level of gloss.
