Instructions for Replacing Engine Oil

Model: Mercedes Classe E W124 - Years 1984-1995

To replace the engine oil, it is advisable to lift the vehicle on a lift, but it is also sufficient to place it on suitable ramps for cars. The goal is to raise it enough to access the undercarriage and remove the plastic cover under the engine to reach the oil pan. Then, unscrew the side plug to drain the used oil into a container of appropriate capacity. After draining, reattach the plug using a new copper washer. Finally, fill the engine with new oil until reaching the maximum level.
