Instructions for Removing the Window Switch Panel

Model: Mercedes Clk A208, W208, C208 - Years 1997-2003

The window switch panel is located on the trim surrounding the gear lever, practically on the centre tunnel. To remove the switch panel, first unclip the trim at the base of the gear lever by prying along the edges. Once unclipped, you can access the power connector for the switch panel, which must be disconnected, along with the relevant fixing tabs. Use a small screwdriver to pry the tabs to release them and complete the removal of the switch panel, which includes the window switches, the rear bonnet release, and the adjustment for the external mirrors.
