This guide provides the main instructions to remove and replace the center console of the Mercedes A-Class. First, get inside the vehicle and start by removing the cover of the gear shift lever, prying it off from the sides; then remove the gear shift knob and unscrew the fastening screws located on the rear cup holder of the center console, as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect and remove the entire center console, replacing it with the new one; finally, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure!
