To set the clock on a Mercedes B-Class, insert the key into the ignition switch to turn on the instrument cluster. Once the cluster is powered, navigate through the menu using the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel.

Select the "Date/Time" option to access a screen where you can adjust the hours and minutes using the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. You can then return to the main screen to verify that the change has been made correctly.
