Removing the Outside Rearview Mirror

Model: Mercedes Classe C W202 - Years 1993-2000
Part: Side mirror

Bend the mirror toward the engine to access the retaining clip located at its base. Use a screwdriver to pry between the mount and the retaining spring to release it. Once released, remove the outer cover by gently pulling it outward, then lift the mirror by releasing the retaining spring located at the back. Push the mount outward to access the retaining screws that secure the mount to the body. After removing the screws, gently pull out the mount while disconnecting the electrical wiring connector.
