In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the headlamps on a Mercedes SLK, a task that is extremely simple and quick. First, ensure that the key is not inserted for safety.

Then, open the bonnet and using an 8 mm socket spanner, remove the two bolts located at the ends of the headlamp in question. Next, unscrew the bolts securing the grille and remove it. Grasp the headlamp and pull it out from the bodywork.

At this point, disconnect the power connector and fit the replacement part if necessary.
