In this video, see what to do if your Mercedes Sprinter indicates a malfunction of the auxiliary battery. This battery is located under the driver's seat, and you access it from the rear seat, as it is contained within a box covered by a rubber lid. Inside, it is not easy to identify the correct component, as the tangle of wires does not help navigate in the right direction, but you need to take the red wire and the brown wire and remove this small box, which is indeed the auxiliary battery.

You can find it on AliExpress with the code 1005005235571918 for £55.37, with free delivery. Reconnect the pins and refit it in place.

Replace the rubber cover and turn on the ignition; the warning light has disappeared.
