How to replace the engine air filter on a Mini Cooper? Let's see in this video how to proceed: open the car door, pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift up the front hood, we secure the same. We open the air panel (where the air filter is present), remove the lid of the container box, then, extract the worn air filter and insert a new one, making it adhere well around the walls of the box. Finally we reassemble the air filter container box and tighten the screws. We close the front hood at the end of the replacement.
