How do you replace the engine air filter on a Mini Cooper? Follow this video to proceed: open the car door, pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and lift the bonnet, securing it. Open the air panel (where the air filter is located), remove the cover of the container box, then extract the worn air filter and insert a new one, ensuring it fits well around the walls of the box. Finally, reassemble the air filter container box and tighten the screws. Close the bonnet after the replacement.
