To remove the door panel on the Mini, use a tool to pry off the trim next to the internal handle and the window switch panel. Once these two elements are removed, loosen the screws that secure the panel to its housing, located at the bottom; when these are also loosened, use a tool to detach the internal clips of the panel, removing it from its position and replacing it with a new one.
