How to reset the oil light on the Mini Cooper

Manually resetting the engine oil light on your Mini Cooper is very simple and thanks to the procedure described in the following guide, you will have no difficulties. First of all, reach the driver's seat inside the cabin and start the dashboard in diagnostic mode by pressing the ignition button twice in a row. Once you have done this, hold down the "Trip" button located inside the tachometer and release it as soon as the new screen appears on the display. Finally, hold down the same button again until the reset is complete.
