How to remove the original radio from a Mitsubishi Outlander? First, use a plastic lever to remove the side cover of the radio (where the air vents are) and the upper cover as shown in the video. Then, using a screwdriver, unscrew the fixing screws located on the sides. After unscrewing the side fixing screws of the stereo, pull the front part out of its slot, unscrew the rear part of the radio and remove it (disconnect the various power connectors located at the back). To install the new stereo and the various disassembled parts, proceed in reverse order.
