It means the battery discharges when the truck is stationary because a circuit remains powered or shorted to ground. Check for corrosion or frayed wiring that may touch the metal chassis. A faulty BCK/ECM module may also be the cause; it can happen that the control unit does not fully 'sleep' and continues to draw current; test by disconnecting it to see if the drain disappears. Often, the issue is with the backlighting of the dashboard or radio, which may stay on after the vehicle is turned off; or a relay or switch that remains closed, draining the battery. It could also be due to an auxiliary power socket that does not turn off. A thorough but effective method is to keep the multimeter connected and remove the fuses one by one; when the current drops to zero, you have found the faulty circuit.
