Today we will see how to replace the dead battery in the remote control of a 2022 model year Mitsubishi Outlander. It is a 3V 2032 battery, common to many other remote controls. Let's start by extracting the metal key by pressing the small button on the back of the remote control. Thanks to a screwdriver we release the two plastic parts that make up the remote control and we can now replace the battery. We reassemble the structure, reinsert the key in its seat and test if the remote control works. As we have seen it is really very simple, this operation takes place in less than 1 minute.
