How to replace the electric power steering of the Nissan Micra

Model: Nissan Micra K12 - Years 2002-2010

The instructions in this guide will show us how to disassemble and replace the electric power steering of the Nissan Micra. First, we open the hood of the car and disconnect the battery as a precaution; then we get into the car and start disassembling and removing the steering wheel and its airbag, disconnecting the electrical connector and unscrewing the central screw. At this point, we remove the plastic cover and the steering angle sensor; then we proceed with disassembling the electric power steering, unscrewing all the screws and disconnecting the wiring, following the video tutorial until the end!

Mini One Battery Replacement

Here are the instructions on how to remove and replace the battery of a Mini One from 2014 to 2018, following these steps. First, open the bonnet of the car and remove the upper screws and plastic clips to take off the plastic cover; then disconnect the two battery terminals (positive and negative) and also unscrew the screws securing the air filter box, removing it. At this point, unscrew the screws of the side plastic cover and finally unscrew the fixing bolt of the battery bracket; simply pull it out and replace it with the new one!
