It is not necessarily the case that a car bumper is removed only to replace or repair it, sometimes this work becomes necessary for indirect reasons, such as headlight replacement, like for the rear bumper in the video here, etc. We start by removing the wheel arches, through which we reach the rear locking pins, then the pins along the entire lower and upper bumper.

Once this is done, we grab the bumper and pull it forward with force, so that it comes off the body, now having the possibility to disconnect its rear electrical cable connector.
