How to change the engine oil in a Nissan Qashqai 1?

The first step when changing the engine oil in a car is to unscrew the filler cap so that the used oil drains out more easily. After doing this, lift the Nissan Qashqai on axle stands and drain the used oil from the vehicle. While it drains into a collection tray through the open oil sump, remove the filter and replace both the cartridge and the O-ring. Once finished and the oil sump is refitted, lower the car back to the ground and refill the oil reservoir.
