Removing the oil filter on a Nissan Terrano, let's see how to proceed. Open the car's bonnet by pulling up the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and lift the front bonnet, securing it. Using a strap wrench, unscrew the large oil filter. Lift the car on a jack and unscrew the bolt from the oil sump; allow the fluid to drain into a disposal container. Fit the new oil filter and screw the closure bolt of the oil sump back in. Finally, top up with new oil and close the front bonnet.
