In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the key fob battery in a Nissan Altima, a very simple and quick operation. To do this, you will need a small flathead screwdriver and a replacement CR2032 3V battery.

First, press the button on the back and remove the emergency key, then insert the screwdriver into the indicated slot and pry open the back cover. Once open, remove the old battery and insert the replacement, making sure to position it with the negative terminal facing up.
