The cigarette lighter on a Nissan Qashqai model J10 is located inside the fuse box in the cabin, specifically behind the left side glove compartment. To replace the fuse, remove the glove compartment, then open the box and remove the damaged fuse, labelled F7, which is 15 Amperes for the rear 12 Volt socket.

Insert the new fuse of the same amperage and test the operation of the cigarette lighter. If it does not work, check the internal condition of the socket by removing it, as the problem may lie there.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?
