Where is the fuse for the cigarette lighter socket of the Nissan Qashqai located?

The cigarette lighter socket on a Nissan Qashqai model J10 vehicle is located inside the fuse box in the cabin, specifically behind the glove compartment on the left side. To replace the fuse, we need to remove the compartment and then open the box to remove the damaged fuse, labeled F7 with 15 Amps for the 12 Volt rear socket. Insert the new fuse of the same amperage and test the functionality of the cigarette lighter socket. If it does not work, check the internal condition of the socket by removing it as the problem may lie there.
