In this video, see how to replace the external wing mirror on the Nissan Qashqai J10: start by opening the door, as you will need to work from the inside by removing the inner door panel. Begin by removing the cover of the door handle and unscrewing the two screws inside, which will allow you to remove the handle and the internal lock surround, which is also secured by two small screws.

The rest of the panel is only clipped in, so it will be easy to remove by prising all around; just be careful of the central locking connector. Once done, remove the triangular cover on the inside of the mirror, disconnect the electrical connector, and then remove the three bolts securing the mirror to the bodywork.

Now proceed with the replacement, reversing the steps to reattach it and put the door panel back in place.
