Today, let's see how to replace the water pump on an Opel Corsa D 1.2 16v. Start the operation by removing the air filter box and disconnecting the various connectors and hoses from the water pump, then loosen and remove the auxiliary belt. Once done, remove the upper pulley of the belt and proceed to unscrew all the screws holding the water pump in place; there are eight in total, and then remove it. Now remove the old gasket from the pump and install a new gasket and pump by following the reverse procedure.
