Today we will see how to replace the water pump on an Opel Corsa D 1.2 16v. Let's start the operation by removing the air filter box and disconnecting the various connectors and hoses from the water pump, then proceed to loosen and remove the service belt. After that, remove the upper pulley of the belt and then unscrew all the screws holding the water pump in place, there are eight in total, and remove it. Now remove the old gasket from the pump and then install a new gasket and pump following the reverse procedure.
