In this video tutorial, we will see how to disassemble an Egr valve of the Opel Meriva 1.3 cdti, which is responsible for recovering a percentage of exhaust gases and putting them back into circulation by sending them to the intake manifold. When the car starts to stutter during driving, it could also be due to this valve, so it is better to disassemble and clean it. Here's how to do it: Open the hood and proceed to remove the windshield washer fluid tubes, as they are in the way, disconnect the air intake manifold, disconnect the power cables of the valve in question, and finally remove the locking pins of the valve, allowing it to be removed from its seat.
