How do you disassemble the EGR valve in the Opel Meriva?

The EGR valve has the important task of reducing car pollution, as it recovers and reuses a percentage of exhaust gases and channels them into the engine's intake manifold. The problem is that over time it accumulates carbon deposits and, when clogged, it can no longer work properly, so it needs to be removed for a thorough cleaning, or even replaced entirely. That being said, this valve is found on the exhaust system of the engine block, and all we have to do is unscrew its fastening bolts and remove it.
