How do you replace the key shell of the Opel Insignia?

In order to replace the key shell of the Opel Insignia, you need to pry with an object in the groove that divides the two halves of the remote control, so that they can be separated: inside you will be able to locate the encoding chip of the device and the corresponding battery. These can be completely removed so that they can be inserted into the new replacement shell: once they have been inserted, you can reattach the two halves of the new remote control, to ensure that it functions correctly even after the replacement.
