How to change the battery in the key of an Opel Astra version G? We see it in this video. Normally the battery runs out after two or three years of use. It is a common CR 2032 battery that we can easily find at any supermarket. With a thin screwdriver, we leverage by entering the appropriate notch located on the back of the key body. This will allow us to exert pressure on the key blade and pull it down to separate it from the remote control body, which we will open by gently separating the two sides. In the center we will find the battery, which we will change respecting its polarity. We close the remote control and insert the key back in its place. Operation completed.
