In this video, we see how to clean the EGR valve and tube of the Opel Insignia: first, we disconnect the battery, then locate the EGR valve near the exhaust manifold, which is connected to the intercooler tube with three screws; some models have a connecting arm as seen in the video, for which we need to remove 10mm screws connecting it to a bracket below.
