In this video we see a strange case, of how an experiment had positive effects for two components that apparently had no connection between them. In fact, the youtuber had found a malfunction in the ESC (Electronic Stability Control), which is a computerized safety system that improves vehicle stability by detecting and reducing traction loss, that is, slipping. The youtuber found that by changing the airflow meter, the defect did not manifest itself anymore: the airflow meter only measures the amount of air that is sucked in by the engine, so apparently there is no connection between the two things, but in reality a malfunction can indirectly compromise the performance of the stability system, because the ECU cannot properly manage the engine torque: the two systems work in synergy.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
