How do you replace the license plate light bulb of the Opel Vivaro?

In order to replace the license plate light bulb of the Opel Vivaro, you need to pry with an object like a screwdriver to remove the transparent panel covering the bulb: this panel will obviously be right above the license plate. Once this is removed, you can extract the bulb from its socket: it can now be disconnected from the corresponding connector so that the new one can be inserted. The new bulb should then be covered by the transparent panel to ensure that everything is working correctly.
